Apple veröffentlicht iOS 6.1 – Download

 

Vor wenigen Minuten hat Apple die finale Version von iOS 6.1 veröffentlicht. Mit diesem Update können Nutzer jetzt auch einzelne Songs aus iTunes Cloud auf das Device downloaden. Nutzer in den USA können Kinotickets direkt mit bzw. über Siri kaufen und das Apple TV unterstützt jetzt auch Bluetooth-Keyboards. Natürlich wurden auch Bugs behoben.

Knapp einen Tag nach der fünften Beta-Version veröffentlicht Apple die finale Version von iOS 6.1 für die Allgemeinheit. Sie ist ab sofort per Over-the-air-Update verfügbar. Neben den bereits erwähnten Neuerungen bringt iOS 6.1 LTE-Support für weitere Mobilfunkprovider mit.

 

Neues AppleTV3,2

Interessanterweise hat Apple auch eine Firmware für ein “AppleTV3,2” veröffentlicht. Anscheinend handelt es sich hierbei um eine leicht veränderte Version des aktuellen AppleTV 3 (vergleichbar mit iPad 2 und iPad2,4). Warum Apple die dritte AppleTV-Generation still und leise upgedatet hat, ist nicht bekannt. Ebenso ist unklar, was genau erneuert wurde und ob Apple das “AppleTV3,2″ bereits verkauft.
